Hot & Spicy Chicken Wings

An addictive taste of sweet and spicy hot mixture all at the same time, snacking on these delicious mouth-watering wings. Also...no flour needed!!

Ingredients

  • 5 lb. bag chicken wings
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Seasonings
  • 1/8 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/3 cup Hot Sauce Frank's Louisiana Red Hot Sauce
  • 1/8 tsp. Mrs. Dash Original
  • 1/8 tsp. Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy
  • 1/8 tsp. Paprika
  • 1/8 tsp. Poultry Seasoning
  • Sauce
  • 1 Bottle Bar-B-Q Sauce [Any choice you like] Sweet Baby Ray's Vidalia Onion
  • 1 Bottle Hot Sauce [Any choice you like] Frank's Louisiana Red Hot Sauce
  • 1 Bottle Honey [Any choice you like] Raw Unfiltered Honey

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Place cleaned chicken wings in a large bowl and season. Add 1/4 bottle of Hot Sauce on seasoned chicken. Preferably a bowl with a lid so it can be shaken and mixed well.
  • Heat oil to 375°F, the oil should be just enough to cover the wings entirely.
  • In a large saucepan, combine Hot Sauce, Bar-B-Q Sauce and Honey. Mix well and keep on low to medium heat.
  • Fry wings in hot oil until cooked through and golden crispy brown.
  • Remove from heat and drain well before placing the wings in the bar-b-q sauce mixture. Draining methods include paper towels, baking rack, etc.
  • After coating all wings with sauce place on a cookie sheet and place in the oven for 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Have a drink nearby, these are definitely hot and tasty. You just can't stop eating them!
