Equipment

  • 1 Sealable freezer bag
  • 1 Large Nonstick Baking Cookie Sheet

Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp. Dash Garlic and Herb seasoning
  • 2 tsp. Dash Extra Spicy seasoning
  • 3 lbs. chicken wings
  • salt and pepper to taste to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with foil and nonstick spray OR just nonstick spray.
  • Combine the olive oil and remaining seasonings in a large, resealable freezer bag; seal and shake to combine. Add the chicken wings; reseal and shake to cover entirely. Arrange the chicken wings on a baking sheet.

  • Cook the wings in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, turning halfway through. Serve hot and enjoy!!
