Tropical Mini Phyllo Shells

Bite-sized pastries with a tropical flair. Easy to make and delicious to enjoy!

  • 1 Cuisinart Handheld Mixer (beaters and whisk)



  • Preheat the oven to 350⁰F. Place empty shells on a baking sheet and bake for 3 - 5 minutes. Cool.
    2 pkgs Athens Phyllo Shells
  • Place milk, mousse mix, rum, nutmeg, and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Beat with the electric mixer on low speed until thickened. Then whip at the highest speed for 5 - 8 minutes until peaks start to form. Chill mixture for 20 minutes. Pipe or spoon filling into shells. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Serve chilled.
    1 cup cold milk, 1 pkg (2.7oz) French Vanilla Instant Mousse Mix, 1 ½ Tbsp Malibu Tropical Banana Rum, ⅛ tsp nutmeg, ⅛ tsp cinnamon
