Ingredients
- 6 small Yukon gold potatoes sliced into wedges ( about ½" thick)
- 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tsp Dash Garlic and Herb seasoning
- ¼ tsp Freshly ground sea salt
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- ¼ tsp parsley flakes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220° C).
- In a resealable plastic bag, add your potatoes, olive oil, Mrs. Dash seasoning, salt, pepper, and parsley. Ensure to seal the bag tightly, then shake until potatoes are evenly coated with oil and seasoning. - Place and bake in the preheated oven until potatoes are easily pierced with a fork, about 30 minutes (flipping halfway through; 15 minutes).
