Ingredients: 1 lb fresh salmon fillet (can use canned salmon too (14.5 oz; well-drained)); 2 Tbsp Dash Garlic and Herb seasoning; ½ Tbsp ground black pepper; extra virgin olive oil; 1 medium red onion (1 cup finely diced); ½ red bell pepper (diced); 3 Tbsp unsalted butter (divided into ⅓s); 1 cup Panko bread crumbs (Japanese style crumbs); 2 large eggs (lightly beaten); 3 Tbsp Miracle Whip (use mayo if you'd like); 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce; 2 Tbsp parsley flakes
