Ingredients: 2 cups Krusteaz pie crust mix (jiffy works too); 4 - 6 Tbsp cold water; 2 lbs sweet potatoes (cooked and mashed); ½ cup unsalted butter (1 stick) (melted); 3 large eggs (beaten); ½ cup brown sugar (light or dark); 1 can sweetened condensed milk; ¼ tsp baking soda; 1 tsp ground nutmeg; 1 tsp ground allspice; 1 tsp Madagascar vanilla bean extract; 1 tsp lemon extract (or juice); ⅛ tsp sea salt
