Ingredients: water ((enough to boil your pasta; per the directions)); 1 - 2 Tbsp salt; ½ tsp organic turmeric; 1 Tbsp canola oil ((to help pasta from sticking too much)); 16 oz penne pasta ((or whatever pasta you like)); 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil; 1 Tbsp unsalted butter; ½ red onion ((diced)); ½ tsp Better than Bouillon Roasted Garlic Base; 1 lb ground turkey ((thawed)); 1 tsp ground black pepper; 1 tsp Italian seasoning; 1 tsp Dash Original seasoning; 2 Tbsp unbleached all-purpose flour; ½ cup Beef broth; 2 cups water; 1 24 oz jar Ragu Chunky Garden Combination Pasta Sauce ((or your choice, of course)); ¼ cup Heavy whipping cream; ½ cup reserved pasta water; 1 - 2 cups Shredded marbled cheddar cheese; Dash Extra Spicy seasoning ((optional garnish))
