Dash Garlic and Herb seasoning; ¼ tsp organic turmeric; ¼ tsp. ground black pepper; 1 cup unbleached all-purpose flour; 1 tsp Lawry's Lemon Pepper; 2 large Eggs; 5 - 10 dashes Hot sauce; 1 cup Panko bread crumbs; 1 cup Hot chips (crushed (we used Flamin' Hot Cheetos)); ½ cup unbleached all-purpose flour; 2 tsp Dash Extra Spicy seasoning; 1 tsp Lawry's Lemon Pepper; ½ tsp Old Bay Seasoning; ½ tsp ground black pepper; Canola Oil (♥ healthy; or any neutral oil like vegetable, peanut, etc. (for frying))
