Ingredients: 2 ½ lbs chicken wing drummettes ((cleaned and patted dry)); 28 oz beer ((any kind works!)); 16 oz water ((heated enough to dissolve ingredients below)); 2 Tbsp salt; 2 Tbsp brown sugar (light or dark); 1 tsp chicken seasoning; 1 tsp ground sage; 1 tsp Dash Extra Spicy seasoning; 2 tsp ground black pepper; 1 oz (1 envelope) Ranch seasoning mix; canola or olive oil ((to lightly coat the baking rack and prevent from sticking))
