Red Vanilla Dream Cheesecake

A delicious and colorful vanilla bean-infused cheesecake that's a beautiful bright red and yummy for the family!

  • 1 Large Mixing Bowl
  • 1 Cuisinart Handheld Mixer


  • 1 9-inch Chocolate Pie Crust
  • 3 Tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 3 8 oz pkgs Cream Cheese Blocks softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp Madagascar vanilla bean extract
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 1 tsp banana extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 25 drops red food coloring


  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  • Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating just until blended after each addition.
  • Chop or crush remaining 8 cookies. Gently stir half of the chopped cookies into cream cheese batter. Pour over prepared crust; sprinkle with the remaining chopped cookies.
  • Bake for 45 min. or until the center is almost set (Test by inserting a toothpick in the center). Cool + Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight. Try and enjoy! Finally, store the leftover cheesecake in the refrigerator.


For toppings, you can add your favorite additions such as more Oreos, cinnamon, graham crackers, whipped cream...and the list goes on.
